Avoid wringing the silk – instead, gently press the water out with your hands
Rinse thoroughly and avoid fabric softener
Drying: Lay the scarf flat on a clean towel and gently roll it up to remove excess water
Let it air dry flat or hang it away from direct sunlight and heat
Ironing: Silk can be ironed on low heat, preferably while still slightly damp
Always use the reverse side and preferably a pressing cloth in between
Storage: Store the scarf flat or loosely folded in a cupboard away from direct sunlight
Avoid hangers with sharp edges that can pull on the fabric
