Is Cillouettes a Danish webshop?
Cillouettes is 100% Danish. We have a Danish CVR number (DK43829459), a Danish address, and all our goods are shipped from our warehouse in Copenhagen.

Does the pillowcase fit my pillow in 60x63 cm?
We know it sounds odd. But a pillowcase in 51x66 cm fits perfectly on a pillow measuring 60x63.
To get a firm and stretched silk pillowcase, it must fit tightly around the pillow so the surface is completely "smooth". This ensures that your hair and skin get the best conditions and are not damaged by "creases" in a pillowcase that is too large.
If you do not think our pillowcase fits your 60x63 pillow, we will send you a return label free of charge and refund the full amount.
Do you sell "genuine" silk?
We exclusively sell genuine mulberry silk. Some sellers try to call satin, cotton, and bamboo "silk-soft," but instead offer a cheap alternative textile product. Our silk is at least 19 momme, which guarantees that the silk is of the highest quality.
Can I mix two different colours in your "2-pack"?
