You can safely shop for Christmas gifts at Cillouettes. We are extending your return right until January 7, 2026. We also offer free exchanges for other items via our exchange portal.

Returns

Does the size not fit your cushion or have we sent the wrong size? Write to us at info@cillouettes.com or click here, and we will find a new size for you.

Gifts in connection with purchase:

Have you received a gift as part of a campaign on the website? If you return your order, you must send the gift back as well. If the gift is not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from the return. NOTE: If you only return part of your order, you may keep the gift if the total order value remains above the campaign limit after returning some of the products.

You lose your right of withdrawal if you open and use your product or break the seal, as the product can no longer be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
